Hannah W. Muriithi is an experienced legal, governance and strategic leadership professional with three decades of professional experience across private legal practice, corporate leadership and public-sector governance.
As Founder, Team Leader and Senior Partner at HMK Advocates, Hannah provides leadership across commercial practice, legal research and consultancy, conveyancing, regulatory compliance and legal and governance audit matters.
Her career combines legal practice with extensive board and institutional leadership. She has served in senior governance roles across major public institutions and has contributed to the establishment, restructuring and strategic oversight of national organisations.

Served as Board Chairperson of KDIC, providing strategic and governance leadership during a period that included reforms in deposit insurance, institutional data systems and customer payout processes.
